Building on the success of last year’s inaugural edition, which gathered over 300 participants from across the financial ecosystem, EDPC 2.0 brings together policymakers, regulators, banks, fintech innovators, and development partners to accelerate Ethiopia’s journey toward a digital, inclusive, and cash-lite economy.
This year’s conference will mark a defining milestone — the official launch of the National Digital Payments Strategy (NDPS 2026–2030) — charting a five-year roadmap for interoperability, trust, and innovation in Ethiopia’s digital finance landscape.
Across two days of keynotes, fireside chats, and panel discussions, participants will explore how to deepen usage, strengthen public trust, and leverage emerging technologies to transform the way Ethiopians transact, save, and invest.
